Thermomixchanges models every 8 years at least (on average). Between tm31 to tm5, 10 years passed. Tm6 has the latest technology, and because of this, I think it is going to take a couple more years to get a new version "tm7". Makesure that there is no food or liquid in the mixing bowl, especially on the mixing knife, before placing the drive shaft onto the mixing knife.
